Store Policies

Appointment only, ensuring exclusive one-on-one sessions for optimal service and attention.

Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances...
  • All appointments will require signing our Service Agreement Form accessible through our online booking system.

  • The online booking system is for scheduling, not to indicate the actual grooming time. The length of a dog's grooming session can be attributed to factors such as its breed, coat condition, and specific services requested. Groomers take their time to ensure the dog's comfort and safety throughout the process, resulting in an average grooming session lasting around 3 hours or more.

  • Our prices may vary depending on factors like your pet's coat, temperament, weight, style, and breed. The final cost is determined after your first visit. Any additional charges beyond our grooming package will be discussed and approved by you.

  • Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be debit or credit card. Our rates are based on the breed of the pet and duration of the groom. Nail cutting and ear cleaning are part of the service unless the process is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer. 

  • The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law) unless otherwise discussed.

  • In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize SuperGrooms Toronto to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense. 

  • The pet is fit and healthy, Grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which SuperGrooms Toronto cannot be held liable.

  • “De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which SuperGrooms Toronto cannot be held liable. 

Late Pick-Up

All dogs are collected within 30 minutes of being informed my pet is ready. Please aim to arrive on time, but if you're running late, just give us a heads-up. We offer a short grace period. Late fee: $5/15min or max $46 (full day care price). We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you and your pet. 

Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. To provide the best service to all our clients and their furry companions, we have a cancellation policy in place:

  • Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours notice to waive the 50% of the appointment fee.

  • In the event of inclimate weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hour period.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.    

No-Shows

It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.

  • We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

Late Arrival

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If you'll be running late for your appointment, please call us. Our schedule is carefully planned, and accommodating late arrivals can disrupt others. We can't guarantee your pet's grooming on the same day if you're late, and rescheduling may be necessary. Additionally, there may be a 50% charge for the grooming appointment.
